Had an awesome stay with my friends. We loved the comfy beds and the great breakfast spread. The location was perfect for exploring attractions like Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

The only hiccup was the WiFi. it didn't work well sometimes, which was a bit frustrating when we needed to plan our outings.

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable layout. Excellent transport links made it convenient to explore the area, and the freshly baked bread at breakfast was a highlight. However, the thin duvet for the extra bed left our child feeling cold, and the hot breakfast options were disappointingly lukewarm, with poorly prepared eggs and bacon. The bathroom layout was cramped, making it difficult to use the bidet comfortably.

Our second visit featured a spacious 2-room suite that was thoughtfully equipped with bathrobes and two TVs. The staff impressed us with their friendliness and willingness to help, making our stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel features lovely, spacious rooms and is conveniently located right next to the Piramides Metro station, making it very easy for seniors like me to explore Madrid without any hassle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

rafaelhoteles piramides has a perfect location, with the subway and bus station right outside. our room was impressively spacious, especially for european standards, and the bed was super comfy. the area felt very safe and allowed us to walk to all the main neighborhoods. we loved the quietness too! the staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even better.

Great location and comfy stay

Had a fun time there! The staff was super nice and spoke English which made everything so much easier. Loved chilling at the bar area – it had a nice vibe and a view of the street. Although the bathroom could use some better safety features for older folks like me, the room was comfy and clean, and I had a restful sleep.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting moment in Madrid with good value for price. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. Use the metro for easy access to attractions.

Enjoyed my stay for 1 night. Though the triple room felt a bit dated, it was spotless. Nicole from the staff really stood out with her helpfulness in arranging food delivery. The metro station is conveniently nearby, making exploration easy. Book early to secure a room away from the lifts!
