I booked this gorgeous hotel for vacation, had a good stay, its location was marvellous close to the Piramides metro station. Variety of good food, I liked it. Great service, though a few employees were very unfriendly;)))

Disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom.

We had a pleasant time staying at this hotel. We loved the convenience of the a double room with air conditioning. The service was all in all excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The bed was very comfy

The hotel is clean and ideal with modern and huge rooms. Speedy check-in and caring employees. - Rooms have all the essentials, including a mini bar and armchairs. - Central location, close to many areas of Madrid, the river park, a cathedral, a theater, and the Gate of Toledo within walking distance.

Great value for money and comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering complementary snacks upon arrival and at night. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean with all necessary amenities provided.

The breakfast was not worth the price and the variety of options was limited. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and often disconnected.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. We arrived early and they immediately provided a room for us. The staff were friendly and gave us a map and suggestions for nearby supermarkets. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. we highly recommend Rafaelhoteles Piramides. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the subway station and close to the Piramides metro station. It was situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to the city center. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary facilities. The staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just in front of the metro station and only 3-5 stops away from the city center. It's also good in terms of ease for travelling to-and-from the airport. Additionally, it's right next to an "Irish pub" with an awesome waitress.

The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so you can sometimes hear conversations and snoring from neighboring rooms.
